Musician Yung Mulo has argued that money plays a bigger role in relationships than love, saying the two cannot be compared because financial stability helps people express their affection.

Despite being married and loving his wife, the singer believes money strengthens their relationship, explaining that his actions towards her are largely supported by what he earns.
“Whenever my wife looks at me, she can tell I love her from my actions, which are powered by money,” Yung Mulo said.
The musician’s remarks suggest that while love is important in a marriage, financial resources make it easier for partners to demonstrate their feelings through actions.
Yung Mulo also shared his thoughts on whether betrayal or poverty hurts more, arguing that betrayal is more painful than financial struggles.
According to the singer, poverty should not be treated as an incurable condition, insisting that people can improve their circumstances through hard work, regardless of how little they initially earn.
“When you wake up and decide to work by lifting jerricans for pennies, you can earn something. As long as you earn, you aren’t exactly poor, depending on your earnings and expenditures,” he explained.
