Chosen Becky has reportedly flown her husband Ssekajja Abdul to Barbados as part of celebrations for his 29th birthday.
The couple was spotted departing Uganda through Entebbe International Airport, where Becky shared details about the special trip with journalists before boarding their flight.
According to the singer, the getaway was carefully planned as a birthday surprise for her husband, with the pair looking forward to relaxing and exploring a new environment together.
“I am taking my husband to Barbados, the island where Rihanna was born; that’s where we are headed. We want to take in different air, have some new experiences at the ocean,” Becky said.
The “Bankuza” singer further revealed that she personally financed the vacation as a gift to Abdul, explaining that the couple has developed a strong appreciation for western culture since getting married.
“Since I married my husband, we have tended to appreciate the western culture a lot. I am the one paying for this because it is his birthday. I am taking him out to experience some new cuisines… things like that,” she added.
